1. Ensures all Federal, State, PPFA, and organizational protocols and guidelines are followed regardingallservices,includingbutnotlimitedtopersonnel,fiscal,riskmanagement,safety and quality assurance.
2. Participatesinateamapproachtopatientcare,beingcognizantofandresponsivetothe needs of patients and all Center staff.
3. Coordinatesandcollaborateswithothermembersofthehealthcareteaminthedeliveryof quality patient care.
4. Motivatesstaffandpromotesharmoniousworkingrelationshipswithinthe Center.
5. Recommendsandimplementsmanagementsystemsdesignedtoimprovepatientcareand/or Center operations.
6. OrganizesCenterworkload,establishesstaffschedules,setspriorities,andappropriately delegates assignments.
7. Preparesandsubmitsrequiredreports andmaintainsappropriaterecordsas required.
8. Meetsestablishedproductivitystandardsandpreparesrequiredreports/documentationina timely and accurate manner.
9. Participatesinannualbudgetpreparationprocess,andoperateswithinapproved budget.
10. Maintainsopencommunicationwithstaffand encouragesstaffinputinCenter operations.

12.Participatesinperiodicmanagement,staffandindividualemployeemeetingsas scheduled.

1. ConductsCenterstaffmeetingstoincludeannualrequiredtrainingsincoordinationwith training requirements.
2. Providesleadership,guidance,support,oversightsupervisionandmonitorassigned staff.
3. Developsandimplementscorrectiveaction,performanceimprovementplans,andinitiates disciplinary measures as needed for assigned staff.
4. IncollaborationwithHumanResourcesstaff,interviewspotentialcandidatesandparticipates in the selection process.

1. Manages inventoryofequipment and supplies.
2. Participates in the Affiliate’s efforts related to revenue cycle, which include but are not limitedto:codingproperly;achievinggoalsforproductivity;meetingorexceedingrevenue targets; and expense management as budgeted.
3. Ensurestheimplementationoftheinfectionpreventionandcontrol polices.

1. Daytodayadministrationof,themanagerial,operational,fiscal,andreportingcomponents of the facility.
2. Participatesinalltrainingand educationrequirementstostaycurrentin:dailytasks,license requirements(asappropriate),technologytrainings(ex:NextGen,SecuReach,etc.)updates in MSGs, required trainings (ex:CAL, policy reviews, etc.), and others as appropriate.
3. Ensuresthedevelopment,implementation,andenforcementofallpoliciesand procedures, including patient rights.

1. Ensuresthatallpersonnelareassigneddutiesbasedupontheireducation,training, competencies, and job descriptions.
2. Ensurestheprovisionof stafforientationandstaff education.
3. TravelsthroughouttheAffiliate’sserviceareaas required.
