A well-established, mid-sized Pittsburgh law firm is seeking an experienced M&A Attorney to join its Corporate Practice.

This is an opportunity to work on sophisticated transactions while advising business owners, entrepreneurs, private companies, and executives in a collaborative, full-service legal environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Advise clients on mergers, acquisitions, divestitures, and other corporate transactions.
\n
• Manage transactions from structuring and due diligence through negotiation and closing.
\n
• Draft and negotiate purchase agreements, merger agreements, LOIs, confidentiality agreements, and related documents.
\n
• Advise buyers and sellers on transaction structure, risk allocation, representations, warranties, indemnification, and closing conditions.
\n
• Assist with corporate reorganizations, ownership transitions, and post-closing matters.
\n

Qualifications

\n
• J.D. from an accredited law school.
\n
• Admission to the Pennsylvania Bar in good standing.
\n
• Meaningful M&A and corporate transactional experience.
\n
• Strong drafting, negotiation, research, and analytical skills.
\n

Salary:

The annual salary for this position is between $150,000 – $225,000 . Factors which may affect pay within this range may include geography/market, skills, education, experience and other qualifications of the successful candidate.
