Community Engagement Coordinator

Manpower is hiring a Part-Time Community Engagement Coordinator in Tulsa!

Are you passionate about helping others, the health and well-being of our citizens, and great at connecting with people? We’re looking for an organized, outgoing professional who can build relationships with Tulsa residents, neighborhood leaders, nonprofits, faith-based organizations, and community partners.

Hours: Approximately 20 hours per week

What You’ll Be Doing:

• Conduct community outreach about Health & Wellbeing Programs throughout Tulsa
• Build relationships with residents and community organizations
• Attend neighborhood events, listening sessions, and coalition meetings
• Coordinate communication and follow-up with community partners
• Assist with meetings, scheduling, agendas, notes, and documentation
• Track community needs, partner activity, and outreach efforts
• Support community events, trainings, and neighborhood visits
• Help gather information for program and grant reporting

What You’ll Need:

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Community outreach, nonprofit, organizing, public health, or related experience
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
• Strong organizational and follow-up skills
• Ability to work independently and interact professionally with diverse communities

Preferred: Experience working within Tulsa communities, coalition or community program experience, and bilingual English/Spanish or English/Burmese skills.
