Work a lot or a little—FLEXpath is your choice. Additional incentive: $5 an hour for contracted shifts. Shift differentials are also available on top of that. How you Will make a Difference Deliver exceptional nursing services to our patients and residents, maintaining the highest degree of quality and compassionate care. Supervise day‑to‑day activities performed by assigned nursing assistants. Operate in accordance with federal, state, and local standards, guidelines, and regulations, and as required by the Director of Nursing. What you Need to make a Difference Licensed Practical/Vocational Nurse with a current state license. Current/active CPR certification. Prior long‑term care experience preferred.
