Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) - Long Term Care

LPN

13-week contract with a 34.5/46 rotation. Flat overtime is provided. There is absolutely no block scheduling.

Full-time hours, specific weekly hours to be discussed at the time of the interview.

Requirements

• Current LPN license
• Minimum of 1 year of nursing experience in a clinical setting preferred
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification
• Familiarity with Electronic Medical Records (EMR) systems

Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care and assist with daily living activities.
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed.
• Monitor patient health and report any changes to the nursing staff.
• Maintain a safe and clean environment for patients.
• Document patient information accurately in medical records.
