We are a locally owned and operated Ace Hardware with a staff that feels like family. We are currently hiring for Part Time or full time Cashier to join our team. Must be able to work mostly nights and weekends.

Essential duties are as follows:

• Project a friendly, outgoing demeanor; friendly interactions with customers and other associates.
• Manage register operations including following transaction procedures, balancing the drawer, and adhering to programs / promotions.
• Answer and monitor all calls and pages promptly, courteously, and effectively.
• Develop a product knowledge base and the ability to assist customers with store layout and product location.
• Keep the front end, including checkout areas and entrance doors, clean and tidy.
• Ensure impulse section is stocked.
