Responsibilities Drive revenue growth by acquiring new accounts and expanding product offerings within existing customer locations. Execute daily delivery schedules, ensuring timely replenishment and proper rotation of beverage inventory. Maintain high service standards by performing routine equipment quality checks and ensuring beverage stations meet brand requirements. Proactively identify and close distribution gaps to maximize sales per stop. Manage daily administrative tasks, including invoicing, inventory tracking, and payment collections. Resolve customer inquiries and service issues promptly to maintain high levels of satisfaction and retention. Implement promotional initiatives and pricing strategies to boost category performance. Qualifications Required Skills High School Diploma or equivalent. 2+ years of experience in route-based delivery or B2B customer service. Valid driver's license with a clean driving record. Physical capability to lift up to 75 lbs frequently and 100 lbs occasionally. Strong communication and active listening skills for effective client rapport. Preferred Skills Prior experience in the foodservice or beverage distribution industry. Demonstrated mechanical aptitude for maintaining dispensing equipment.
