Overview

Responsibilities
- Operate computed tomography (CT) equipment to produce cross-sectional images used for diagnosing medical conditions.
- Perform a variety of imaging procedures not limited to CT, including general radiography and fluoroscopy.
- Position patients, verify information, explain procedures, and ensure patient comfort and safety during imaging.
- Adhere to radiation safety guidelines, perform QC checks, and maintain imaging equipment in good working order.
- Process and route images to the PACS, and communicate results and any concerns to the radiology team.
- Collaborate with radiologists and technologists to ensure accurate, timely imaging and a smooth workflow.

Requirements
- Active radiologic technologist license as required by state regulations.
- Certification in CT imaging (ARRT-CT) or eligible for certification.
- Ability to work nights and maintain a consistent 8-hour night shift schedule.
- Experience with CT imaging; familiarity with general radiography and fluoroscopy preferred.
- Strong patient care, communication, and teamwork skills.
- U.S. work authorization and ability to work in a medical imaging environment.
