Are you a skilled Welder/Millwright looking to take your career to the next level? Swanson Brothers Inc is currently seeking a motivated Welder Fabricator to join our team in Buxton, ND. As a Welder at Swanson Brothers Inc, you will have the opportunity to showcase your expertise in welding and fabrication while working alongside a team of dedicated professionals.
Responsibilities:
- Performing welding duties using various techniques and equipment
- Reading and interpreting blueprints to execute welding projects
- Operating and maintaining welding tools and machinery
- Collaborating with other team members to ensure project completion
- Adhering to safety protocols and procedures at all times
- Prompt and dependable attendance
- Requires minimal help from supervisor on new tasks
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Welder in an industrial setting
- Certification in welding techniques is a plus
- Performs flat and horizontal welding
- Knowledge of material identification and proper tool utilization
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and time-management abilities
- Must be willing to travel
- Must be able to consistently show up for work on time
