What You'll Do- Serve as the primary resource for Yardi Voyager support, troubleshooting, and training.
- Maintain data accuracy and integrity within Yardi.
- Coordinate system updates, enhancements, and new releases with IT.
- Train new and existing employees on Yardi functionality and processes.
- Identify opportunities to improve workflows, automate processes, and increase efficiency.
- Create and maintain reports and assist with data analysis, budgeting, and forecasting.
- Partner with Operations, Accounting, IT, and other departments to improve Yardi processes.
- Help maintain system security and compliance.
- 5+ years of Yardi experience in the multifamily industry.
- Strong knowledge of Yardi Voyager , including Residential Management, Accounting, and RentCafe.
- Strong SQL experience with the ability to query analyze and validate data.
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent relevant work experience.
- Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills.
- Ability to explain technical information clearly to non-technical users.
- Strong attention to detail and a passion for improving processes.
