Registered Dental Hygienist

Dental Hygienist Pay range $45-51 per hour, negotiable based on experience. Up to $10,000 sign‑on or relocation bonus for full‑time employees and $5,000 for part‑time. Responsibilities Deliver direct dental care and associated services under general supervision of a dentist. Provide scaling and prophylaxis, x‑rays, sealants and fluoride applications, and related procedures. Assess dental conditions, review medical history, and educate patients and parents on oral hygiene. Offer excellent customer service and identify opportunities for same‑day care. Guide parents and patients throughout the treatment process. Assist with dental and periodontal charting and record‑keeping. Take and interpret x‑rays, saving them to patient charts when necessary. Provide a memorable, compassionate experience for patients and their families. Enjoy working with children who comprise 70% or more of the patient base. Qualifications Current licensure as a Dental Hygienist in good standing. CPR (BLS) certification from the ARC or AHA, with hands‑on skill assessment required upon hire.
