Production Assistant

Kit Production Assistant V Labcorp is seeking a Kit Production Assistant V to join our Kit Production team in Indianapolis, IN. Work Schedule: Rotating scheduled 6am-6pm Job Responsibilities: Maintain high productivity standards and quality standards. Maintain training files and updated training requirements. Work well with team and good communication skills with staff Must be able to move heavy material to restock areas and or move product. Knowledge and understanding of high speed equipment. Must adhere to all company training, company policies, procedures and perform all departmental and interdepartmental SOP's as written. Generate an appropriate audit trail of all activities and maintains own training file and required documentation. Strong attention to detail. Maintain high productivity standards and quality standards. Alert management of any potential quality issues. Ensure work areas are kept clean and all safety measures are being followed. Must be able to stand long periods of time High volume and high production environment. Repetitive motion via labeling containers and using computer terminal. Work well with peers and good communication skills. Quickly identify and resolve issues and alert management as needed when problems arise. Minimum Qualifications: Two years kit production work experience One year of shipping experience Preferred Qualifications: High school diploma One year leadership experience One year prior training or background in dealing with external customers Additional Job Standards: Able to work in a team as well as independently. Ability to take up challenges. Strong detail orientation. Strong communication and organizational skills. Proficiency in Microsoft applications Must be able to move at a fast pace. Pay Range: All job offers will be based on a candidate's skills and prior relevant experience, applicable degrees/certifications, as well as internal equity and market data.
