Job Overview:

A Fleet Supervisor is responsible for anything and everything that involves “DIGUSA” fleet of vehicles and equipment. This responsible individual will oversee the process of procuring the assets, maintaining and replacing the assets to maximize the efficient lifecycle of all company’s assets.

The Fleet Supervisor will oversee all assets including their operation, condition, maintenance, external & internal policy compliance and overall performance during its life cycle and what is in the best interest of the company and Sr. Management.

Responsibilities:

· Coordinating the procurement process for new assets, including vendor selection and purchase negotiations.

· Oversee the full-term lifecycle of all companies owned or leased assets.

· Support the field operations for maximum production and profitability of assets & rental equipment

· Research and recommend the best type of asset needed to fit the company’s needs and budget.

· Administering the process of maintaining all vehicle license/registration and insurance requirements for all assets.

· Constantly advise Sr. Management when to retire an asset by means of selling/disposing of assets or advise of fleets performance & expenses.

· Inspect assets to monitor & schedule maintenance when needed and work with job sites personal on asset’s issues.

· Conduct regular inspections of equipment to ensure proper functioning and compliance with safety regulations

· Oversee: fuel purchases, E-Z pass, warranty claims, parts purchases, safety issues, vehicle registrations, insurance processes and claims with Erie Insurance, maintain assets folders, and  Samsara (GPS)

·   Work with Accounts Payable to ensure accurate costing of expenses.

·  Oversee the inventory management of all small assets & tools to ensure accurate tracking.

·  Develop and implement asset management policies & procedures.
