Pay: 100k+/year (Uncapped earning)
Blackburn Foundation Repair has been serving South Dakota as a leader in the industry for over 30 years. As we continue to grow, we’re expanding our sales team and looking for passionate and dependable individuals who are ready to own their success and build a long-term career.

What We’re Looking For:
We’re searching for passionately driven individuals who are eager to excel and ready to grow with us.
- Experience in residential real estate, home inspection, or home improvement is a plus (not required)
- Construction background is a bonus
- Comfortable entering crawlspaces beneath homes
- Demonstrates a growth mindset — open to coaching, feedback, and role play
- Strong listening, closing, and follow-up skills
- Physically able to walk, climb, kneel, and crawl as needed
- Willingness to travel as we expand into the Wyoming market
- Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
- Tech-savvy and comfortable using CRM and mobile tools in the field
- Self-motivated and disciplined — able to manage time, follow up on opportunities, and generate additional business when needed
