Clinical Nurse

Role Overview: Provides direct patient care including assessment, diagnosis, planning, implementation, and evaluation within nursing standards. Promotes patient and family-centered care, educating on illness management, post-treatment care, and medication administration. Key Responsibilities Assess and evaluate patients' physical, psychosocial, and emotional needs using critical nursing skills. Develop and implement individualized care plans collaboratively with the healthcare team. Monitor patient responses and modify care plans accordingly. Participate in activities promoting patient safety, quality, and regulatory compliance. Engage in ongoing professional development. Qualifications & Skills Education: Nursing Diploma/Associate's degree required; Bachelor's degree preferred. Licenses & Certifications: RN license required. Experience: No experience necessary; less than 2 years preferred for higher education levels.
