The Opportunity As a Team Member at Ben & Jerry's, you are the face of the shop and the person who turns a quick ice cream stop into a great experience. You will learn every part of the shop, from scooping to register to keeping the place running smoothly behind the scenes. This role is a great fit if you like staying busy, enjoy talking with people, and want a job where you can grow into more responsibility over time while working in a fun, laid-back environment. What You'll Do Serve ice cream, shakes, and other treats with speed, accuracy, and a friendly attitude. Operate the register, handle cash and payments accurately, and keep lines moving smoothly. Keep the shop clean, stocked, and organized so every guest walks into a fresh, welcoming space. Bring positive energy to each shift, especially during busy rushes, and support your teammates. Follow food safety and cleanliness standards to keep guests and coworkers safe. What Success Looks Like Within your first months, you can confidently run both the scoop counter and register during busy periods while maintaining great guest service. You consistently receive positive feedback from guests and teammates for your attitude, reliability, and friendliness. The shop stays clean, stocked, and ready throughout your shifts, with checklists completed on time. You become a go-to team member your shift leads can count on to show up prepared and help newer employees learn the ropes. What We're Looking For A positive, people-first attitude and genuine enjoyment in talking with guests. Dependable work habits, including arriving on time and ready to work each shift. Comfort working in a fast-paced environment and staying calm and friendly during rushes. Flexible availability, including a mix of days, nights, weekends, and holidays as needed.
