Inventory Specialist

We're partnering with a growing automotive manufacturer seeking an Inventory Specialist to support inventory accuracy, cycle counting, inventory reporting, and transaction auditing within a fast-paced warehouse and manufacturing environment. This position plays an important role in ensuring inventory transactions are processed correctly, inventory records remain accurate, and discrepancies are identified and resolved before they impact operations. Direct hire opportunity with a growing automotive manufacturer Annual performance-based bonus 401(k) with 100% company match on the first 4% Unlimited PTO 9 Sick Days annually 12-13 Paid Holidays, including a year-end holiday shutdown Tuition Reimbursement Medical, Dental, Vision, Life, Disability, and AD&D coverage Key Responsibilities Analyze inventory transactions and inventory reports to ensure inventory movements are processed accurately Assist with cycle counts, inventory audits, and physical inventories Investigate inventory discrepancies, shortages, and overages Generate inventory and variance reports using Excel and ERP software Verify incoming and outgoing material for quantity and part number accuracy Monitor inventory control processes, including FIFO compliance Identify slow-moving and obsolete inventory Partner with warehouse, materials, and operations teams to improve inventory accuracy Qualifications At least 3 years of inventory control, warehouse, inventory management, or materials experience Experience working within an ERP or inventory management system Experience performing cycle counts and inventory audits Strong attention to detail and analytical problem-solving abilities Ability to investigate discrepancies and identify root causes of inventory issues Forklift experience or certification is a plus #J-18808-Ljbffr
