Construction Manager

ySeeking an experienced Construction Engineer III to oversee the planning, execution, and delivery of multiple concurrent telecommunications infrastructure projects. This role will focus on supporting in-building wireless network deployments and 5G infrastructure initiatives within Multi-Dwelling Units (MDUs). The successful candidate will manage construction activities from feasibility and site assessment through project completion while ensuring adherence to schedule, budget, quality, and contractual requirements .This position requires strong project management skills, financial oversight, vendor coordination, and the ability to effectively collaborate with property owners, contractors, and cross‑functional teams Key Responsibilities esManage multiple simultaneous telecommunications infrastructure construction projects from initiation through completio n.Oversee feasibility assessments, site surveys, and deployment activities for in-building wireless network projects within Multi-Dwelling Units (MDUs ).Monitor project schedules, milestones, and deliverables to ensure timely completio n.Manage project budgets, forecasts, and financial performance, ensuring compliance with approved spending targets and contractual obligation s.Coordinate activities with vendors, contractors, property owners, and property management teams to support successful project executio n.Lead project status meetings, vendor calls, and stakeholder communication s.Identify project risks and develop solutions to address schedule, budget, or construction challenge s.Support construction and integration teams by assisting with troubleshooting and issue resolution during deployment activitie s.Maintain accurate project documentation, reports, and tracking record s.Ensure compliance with established construction standards, safety requirements, and project procedure Required Qualifications ons5–7 years of telecommunications construction, network deployment, or infrastructure project management experien ce.Hands-on experience supporting in-building wireless construction and deployment projec ts.Proven experience managing multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environme nt.Demonstrated success managing vendors, contractors, contracts, budgets, and project financia ls.Strong understanding of project scheduling, forecasting, and cost contr ol.Excellent written and verbal communication skil ls.Strong analytical, problem-solving, and critical-thinking abiliti es.Detail-oriented with a strong sense of urgency and accountabili ty.Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and project management softwa Preferred Qualifications ionsExperience supporting large-scale wireless network deployment proje cts.Familiarity with telecommunications project management and construction tracking to ols.Experience with 5G infrastructure deployments and MDU environme nts.Knowledge of wireless network integration, commissioning, and troubleshooting proces #J-18808-Ljbffr
