Shift: 6:00 PM - 6:00 AM Experience: • 6 months of experience with 3 months worked in the last 12 months. • 3 months of Meditech experience is preferred. • 9 months of acute care experience within the last 12 months. Requirements: • Candidates must have a license (required after submission). • This role may require floating to additional units and locations • Travel only, local not allowed. Candidates must live 50 miles from facility to be submitted. • No current placement allowed at Program: Health Trust Program - HCA - Continental Division. Additional Details: Preferred Skills/Experience: - PICU experience preferred. - NICU experience preferred. Required Credentials: - CRT or NBRC. Unit Details: - Average workload of 30-40 points per shift. - Uses PB 840 ventilators in ICU. - Duties include administering treatments, ventilator setup, assisting with intubation, ABGs, patient/staff education, and all RT therapies. - Provides care across ED, pediatrics, ICU, NICU, and med-surg. - RT plays a key role in NICU and ICU in therapy and ventilator liberation; autonomy is expected. Shift & Scheduling: - Flexible scheduling. Required Skills/Experience: Minimum of 6 months current acute care hospital RRT experience.
