Dry Van Company Driver W2 Truck Driving Jobs - Lakewood, NJ
Are you a CDL-A driver looking for a rewarding OTR opportunity with competitive pay and modern equipment? At American Trucking Group, we offer dry van routes with excellent mileage potential and performance bonuses. Experience the freedom of over-the-road driving with our well-maintained fleet and consistent earning opportunities.
Home Time:
- Typically out for 1-2 weeks depending on location and freight.
- We strive for weekly home time, but 2-week periods may occur.
- Schedule runs Monday through Saturday, with a full 34-hour reset every Sunday.
Equipment:
- Drive a well-maintained fleet, not older than three years, featuring Peterbilt 579s, International, and Freightliner models.
- All trucks come equipped with inverters, refrigerators, and Qualcomm systems.
- Drivers have the option to take their truck and trailer home, with secured parking being their responsibility.
No Touch Freight:
- All dry van loads involve 70% drop and hook operations, minimizing dock waiting time.
- 100% no-touch freight primarily consists of automotive loads for efficient operations.
Pay and Miles:
- Average earnings of $1,350, $1,475, or $1,600 per week based on hiring location, with 2,500-2,800 miles weekly.
- Base rates at .45, .50, or .55 CPM, plus a $750 monthly performance bonus ($0.09 CPM) for achieving 8,000 safe miles monthly.
Running Area:
- Primarily east of I-35, allowing dedicated drivers to reach up to 3,000 miles per week.
- Consistent freight lanes ensure reliable mileage and earning potential.
