SAP S4 HANA Implementation Support

Location: East Hanover, NJ (This position requires a hybrid work model, with the consultant expected to be on-site at the Client East Hanover location 2–3 days per week during the implementation phase. Duration: 6+ Months)

Project Overview: Client is implementing SAP S4 HANA in August 2025 and requires vendor support for business and technical management, project management, and multi-level support throughout the implementation. The consultant will primarily provide business-focused support while leveraging technical expertise and knowledge of Client operations, including partner labeling, distribution, external supply, and supply chain management.

Scope of Services: The vendor will provide a consultant to assist with the development, testing, implementation, and hyper-care phases of SAP S4 HANA within the U.S. Supply Chain, Commercial Operations, External Supply Operations, and Partner Labeling functions. The consultant must possess expertise in SAP ECC, S4 HANA, and ATTP, with additional knowledge of Blue Yonder, Step Logic, and Client IT and business processes as a plus.

Consultant Responsibilities: The consultant will provide support in the following areas:

• Business and technical management for the SAP S4 HANA project.
• Project management and coordination of key deliverables.
• Support for system development, testing, implementation, and hyper-care.
• Collaboration with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration.
• Facilitation of business process transition from SAP ECC to SAP S4 HANA.

On-Site Requirements: This position requires a hybrid work model, with the consultant expected to be on-site at the Client East Hanover location 2–3 days per week during the implementation phase. Additionally, the consultant must be on-site for a full month during User Acceptance Testing (UAT). If the consultant is required to travel to East Hanover, the vendor must include estimated travel expenses in the quotation.

Deliverables: The consultant will be responsible for the following key deliverables:

• Development and execution of a project support plan.
• Assistance in system testing and validation.
• Documentation of process transitions and system updates.
• Issue resolution and support during hyper-care.

Timeline: The engagement will begin upon contract execution and continue through the SAP S4 HANA go-live in August 2025, with potential support required beyond implementation.

Assumptions and Dependencies: The vendor will provide a qualified consultant with relevant SAP and Client process knowledge. Client will provide necessary access to systems and resources. The consultant will collaborate with Client teams as required.

Pricing and Travel Expenses: The vendor must provide a detailed pricing proposal, including:

• Consultant's hourly/daily rate.
• Estimated travel expenses, if applicable.
