Assistant Landscape Account Manager

Responsibilities
- Support account and operations managers in daily activities and project execution.
- Measure commercial properties and assist in preparing detailed proposals based on client requests.
- Identify and recommend landscape enhancement opportunities and additional services to clients to help generate sales.
- Assist with planning, scheduling, and coordinating tasks for multiple field crews in commercial landscape maintenance.
- Monitor contract specifications, budgets, and client requirements to ensure high-quality service delivery.
- Communicate professionally with customers to address needs and provide updates on services.
- Participate in and help manage snow removal activities during the winter season as needed.
Qualifications
- Experience in landscape maintenance and design.
- Associate's degree in horticulture or a related field.
- Valid driver's license.
- Strong client-service skills and the ability to communicate effectively with customers and team members.
- Self-motivated with a sense of ownership and responsibility for assigned work.
- Desire to learn and grow within the company, with the goal of advancing to an Account Manager position.
- Willingness to participate in snow removal operations during winter months.
Compensation
$21.00 - $25.00 per hour
