DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES : Substitute school nutrition assistant performs management processes for the assistant who are absent for a day or longer periods of time. Their duties include food preparation and maintaining kitchen and serving area cleanliness. Candidates need to be flexible in their availability.
