Network Carrier Coordinator - Final Mile Delivery

Network Carrier Coordinator Location: New Albany, OH (Remote position possible) Pay: $18.00/hr (Full‑time, paid weekly) Schedule: Monday‑Friday, 9:00am‑6:00pm (8‑hour shift with flexible start and end) Responsibilities Support contracted carriers Ensure on‑time delivery Provide high‑quality customer service Coordinate with customers and service providers to meet KPIs Print delivery tickets for inbound trucks and fax them to Network Carriers Research and update orders on the “Ready to be Scheduled” report; work with Network Carriers to get orders scheduled Process Return Authorizations (RAs), RA Clarifications, Pending RAs, Not in iDirect RAs, etc. for all locations Manage the Open RA report (monthly) Research orders on the “Over 50” report (orders that have a delivery date 50 days old); obtain a POD from the Network Carrier or conduct a customer follow‑up survey, update system for invoicing Respond to pending invoice questions from the Network Carrier Invoicing Team Validate and update complete dates in iDirect for orders that have a scheduled date Assist Operations Supervisor with building return trucks Serve as backup for Operations Supervisor’s phone and email Provide administrative support to the Compliance Team (if required) Additional Responsibilities Performs other duties as assigned Skills and Abilities Operations background (logistics and/or transportation) Meets corporate competency model requirements Organization skills Ability to understand and follow work procedures Communication skills (verbal and written) Ability to build professional relationships Practical learning skills Qualifications Bachelor’s degree preferred One (1) year or more years related experience required Benefits Medical, dental, vision benefits start at 30 days 401(k) savings plan with company match Discounted employee stock purchase options Quality employee discounts that actually save you money on tools, cars, appliances, travel and more All major holidays paid and paid time off within your first year Up to 12 weeks paid maternity leave Compensation Information Pay Type: Hourly Minimum Pay Range: $18.00 Maximum Pay Range: $18.00 Compensation may be influenced by experience, education, location, market data, internal equity. Position may also be eligible for annual bonus, commission, or long‑term incentive plans based on level or type.
