ETL Developer Tysons, Virginia Job Description: Design, implement, and support ETL processes from embedded sources to data warehouse Design and support ETL processes for data cleansing, data auditing, and data profiling Develop moderately complex ETL objects, according to design Design basic to moderately complex ETL processes and related database schemas Monitor developed ETL processes in production, and troubleshoot production problems when they occur Recommends best practices, standards, and advanced techniques for designing and implementing ETL objects to the development team. Leads migration of existing ETL loads and database structures to new database platform Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science (Master degree preferred), or related discipline, with minimum five (5) years of experience as an ETL Developer Preferred Skills: Experience using ETL process extraction and consolidation of embedded data into internal and external databases Experience in helping develop ETL process for different data analytics tools such as Tableau and deep learning techniques to develop moderately complex ETL objects, according to design Designing data warehouse schemas Programming in Oracle PL/SQL Programming knowledge of C/C++ and Python Korn, Bourne, or C Shell programming 1872 Consulting
