Position Overview We’re hiring an experienced attorney in the San Antonio area. You’ll carry a meaningful docket, appear in court regularly, and receive hands-on training in our trial-tested litigation methodology, working alongside attorneys recognized as leaders in Texas transportation defense. What You’ll Do Handle a dynamic docket of civil litigation matters, primarily commercial auto liability and trucking accident defense cases Take and defend depositions, argue motions, and attend court appearances Work closely with clients, insurers, and team members to develop case strategies Prepare cases for trial and participate as first- or second-chair What We’re Looking For Licensed Texas attorney with insurance defense litigation experience Demonstrated deposition and trial experience — first-chair preferred Commercial transportation or trucking defense background a strong plusAbility to manage docket independently from day one Compensation & Benefits $130,000 to $225,000 per year based on experience Monthly and quarterly billable hour bonuses of up to $20,000 or more annually for attorneys meeting a 150-hour/month pace 401(k) with 6% firm contributions every paycheck, and no employee contribution required Health, dental, vision, and life insurance Paid CLEs, bar dues, and professional development Ability to work remotely or in an office setting #J-18808-Ljbffr Fuentes Firm
