• Salary: $120,000–$130,000 annually

Minimum Requirements

• Active New York State RN License

• Previous experience in nursing leadership or management, preferably as a Director of Nursing or Assistant Director of Nursing

• Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills

• Thorough knowledge of regulatory compliance and quality standards

• Ability to lead multidisciplinary teams in a fast-paced healthcare environment
