Must-Have:
- All license verifications and certifications must be provided at the time of submission.

- Candidates with travel experience are preferred but not required.
- LPN will function heavily as a tech.
- Clinicians are required to perform any tasks within their scope of practice as requested.


Description:
This position is for a Dialysis LPN.
The role requires availability to work four 10-hour shifts per week.
Scheduling requests should be confirmed prior to submission.
Rotation on Saturdays is required based on client needs.
Call rotation may be required.
On-call responsibilities will be discussed during the interview.
Candidates should note that specific scheduling requests may affect the guaranteed hours.
All shifts are approximate and may be modified based on patient census and staffing needs.
