Physical Therapist

Pride Health is hiring a Physical Therapist for the Puyallup, WA location to support our client in a home health setting. We are offering a 3-year long-term contract opportunity. Includes an 8-week structured onboarding and training program. We are open to new graduates and immigrant visa-eligible candidates, making this an excellent opportunity to start or grow your PT career in home health with full support and long-term stability.

Job Title: Physical Therapist

Location: Puyallup, WA Job Type - Contract Schedule: MondayFriday, 8:00 AM 4:30 PM (40 hours per week)

Pay: $35 to $40/ hr on W2 Productivity Expectation: 31 points per week Mileage Reimbursement: Yes, between patient visits On-Call Requirement: None Weekend Requirement: No regular weekend requirement

Responsibilities

• Conduct patient evaluations and develop individualized plans of care.
• Provide skilled physical therapy services in the home setting.
• Monitor patient progress and communicate changes to the care team.
• Educate patients and caregivers on treatment plans and home exercises.
• Complete accurate and timely documentation.
• Supervise PTAs as required by state regulations.

Requirements

• Minimum 1 year of home health experience.
• Current Washington PT license (or compact license).
• Current CPR certification.
• Valid driver's license, auto insurance, and reliable transportation.
