Licensed Marriage And Family Therapist (Lmft)Location: Montana Setting: Remote / Telehealth Position: Full-Time Salary: $115,000–$120,000 per year Schedule: Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM–5:00 PMPosition SummaryWe are seeking a Montana-licensed LMFT to provide virtual therapy to individuals, couples, and families. The position is centered on relationship and family-focused care, with clients who may be dealing with communication difficulties, conflict, household stress, emotional concerns, or significant changes in their lives.You'll manage a regular caseload and have the opportunity to use your clinical experience to shape the direction of treatment. Along with client sessions, the role includes case review, clinical follow-up, and coordination when additional support is appropriate.ResponsibilitiesManage an assigned caseload and maintain scheduled client appointmentsConduct individual, couples, and family therapy through telehealthReview referrals and determine whether services are appropriatePrepare for sessions by reviewing relevant case informationHelp clients work through communication problems, family conflict, relationship concerns, and emotional challengesConduct risk screenings and respond appropriately to urgent concernsProvide referrals or community resources when additional services are needed
