Identifies and coordinates improvement opportunities, enhancements and redesign in order to accomplish greater efficiency. Relies on experience and judgment to plan and accomplish goals. Provide advanced level support and supports other analysts as needed.What You’ll Do:Performs applications implementation through analysis, design, testing, and evaluationWorks with clinical operations to identify and prioritize areas of need through collaboration with staff and department leadersPerforms/Participates in systems workflow analysis/evaluation to facilitate process re-engineeringParticipates in process design and development on new applications as well as enhancements to existing systemsDevelops system test plans, creates test data, and evaluates results with user department(s) and othersEvaluate, test and present models with design alternatives to ensure department workflow requirements are metPromotes technology to enhance the delivery of patient care through education, role modeling, quality improvement, and program developmentProvides operational ITS systems support and troubleshooting for applicationsProvide troubleshooting and ensures appropriate resources are engaged to resolve problemsProvides consultative services to users and the implementation team on the impact to workflowsWho You Are:Education: Graduate from an accredited school of nursing required. Bachelor’s degree is required. Licensure/certification: Current NH licensure as a Registered Nurse. Vendor required certification in good standing (or proficiency if vendor accepts) for applications/modules employee is assigned to support.
