A well-established commercial construction firm is seeking an experienced Project Manager to oversee multiple construction projects from preconstruction through closeout. Job Description

• Manage all phases of construction projects, from initiation to closeout.
• Coordinate with contractors, architects, and internal teams to meet project goals.
• Monitor project budgets and schedules, ensuring adherence to timelines and cost constraints.
• Oversee compliance with safety regulations and building codes.
• Prepare and present project progress reports to stakeholders.
• Resolve any issues or conflicts that arise during the project lifecycle.
• Maintain clear and consistent communication with all parties involved.
• Ensure quality standards are met at every stage of the project.

A successful Project Manager should have:

• Strong organizational and time management skills.
