Restaurant Manager

As a successful Manager at Fleming’s Prime Steakhouse & Wine Bar, you will be the key to fulfilling our promise to make every guest visit a memorable celebration of food, wine, and personalized service. Responsibilities Drive high‑quality employee standards by maintaining a fully staffed restaurant department, fostering an inclusive environment, developing Associates, and holding the team accountable in a constructive and supportive way. Implement effective security protocols to ensure ongoing safety for employees and guests. Create memorable experiences for guests and authentically connect with them while participating in community outreach activities and events. Manage department P&L, develop initiatives to build sales, increase profitability, grow the guest count, and coach and train associates. Present quality food and drink by ensuring all menu items are made according to recipe and meet our high presentation standards. Enforce safety and sanitation practices, showcasing a passion for excellence and maintaining immaculate facilities. Experience and Skills Required Minimum of 2 years of previous polished casual or fine dining experience. Minimum of 3 years of prior salaried management experience preferred. Strong and stable work history with wine knowledge preferred. Availability to work a flexible schedule. Legal authorization to work in the United States. Must be at least 21 years of age.
