Senior Technical Consultant

The Senior Technical Consultant supports the configuration, integration and data migration activities for Eightfold.ai implementations ensuring the solution is properly integrated, and configured to the client's existing environment.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

• Support technical and data migration project activities to design, build, test, and deploy the Eightfold.ai solution for our clients
• Support integration tasks designed to establish connectivity with client existing infrastructure/tools into the solution via APIs including identify and access management
• Support field mapping discussions and manage the testing and validation of data migration/data ingestion throughout the implementation
• Support multiple projects simultaneously
• Provide guidance to clients or service partners on integration strategies
• Provide Admin Training to client administrator team(s) where appropriate
• Contribute to our knowledge base, documenting best in class implementation/integration practices, lessons learned, and documentation updates where appropriate
• Other duties as assigned

DESIRED EDUCATION / EXPERIENCE

• 2+ years of experience integrating systems with 3rd party service vendors, preferably in a dynamic fast past SaaS environment.
• Experience with technical implementations of Workday, PeopleSoft, Taleo, SAP SuccessFactors, or other SaaS and enterprise grade on premise HRIS/ATS systems/solutions is a plus
• BS/BA degree from a 4-year college or university
• Strong knowledge of service orientated architecture design principles, common integration design patterns, and experience with common scripting languages like Python, SQL, JSON and ETL methods
• Experience with integration technologies such as EDI, Web Services, XML, Java, .Net, and SSO protocols
• Experience with managing multiple projects/initiatives
• Ability to debug technical data issues and perform root cause analysis
• Recruiting, talent or consulting experience a plus
• Experience analyzing and transforming ATS data
• Strong interpersonal skill with ability to build authentic business relationships and deal effectively with relational challenges
