Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough clinical assessments to understand clients' psychological and emotional needs, followed by the formulation of precise treatment plans utilizing best practices in solution-based therapies.

In this role, you will work predominantly with school-aged children and adolescents facing a range of mental health challenges, including anxiety, depression, behavioral issues, and trauma-related disorders. Qualifications\n

• Master’s degree in Social Work from an accredited institution, alongside a valid Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker (LICSW) license in Vermont.
