Our client is seeking a Landscape Maintenance Crew Member to support their commercial groundskeeping operations. This critical role ensures properties remain pristine year-round, transitioning seamlessly from summer landscaping duties to winter snow and ice management.

Based in Novi, MI , our client is a premier landscaping and commercial maintenance provider that has served the Southeastern Michigan region for over 30 years. They offer highly stable, year round employment, providing a consistent and reliable workplace for hard-working professionals in a seasonal industry.

Compensation & Benefits

• $20.00 - $25.00 per hour based on experience.

Responsibilities

• Execute daily landscape maintenance, including mowing, mulching, edging, and weeding.
• Prune and trim trees and shrubs to promote healthy growth and maintain visual appeal.
• Manage snow and ice removal in winter to keep client properties safe and accessible.
• Cross-train in other service departments to support overall operational goals. 
• Maintain a clean, safe, and professional work environment on all job sites.

Requirements

• 1-3 years experience preferred.
• Valid drivers license with a clean driving record preferred.
• Highly reliable, dependable, and ready to start the workday promptly at 7:00 AM. 
• Physical stamina and ability to consistently work 55-60 hours a week.
• Flexibility to work occasional Saturdays (prior notice will always be given). 
• A strong willingness to cross train in other departments to expand skill sets.
