LaSalle Network is hiring for a Corporate FP&A Manager in Chicago, Illinois. Our client is seeking a high-potential FP&A Manager who is polished enough to partner with senior leadership while remaining hands-on in the work. This hybrid, direct hire opportunity is especially exciting for someone who wants visibility to executive-level decision-making, meaningful ownership over corporate SG&A, and strong upward mobility within a Global FP&A organization. In this Corporate FP&A Manager role, you'll help drive budgeting, forecasting and executive reporting that supports key leadership decisions.



Responsibilities

• Own budgeting, forecasting and actual-vs.-plan analysis for corporate overhead and SG&A
  
  
• Manage key spend categories including labor, vendors/professional services, software, insurance, IT and R&D-related costs
  
  
• Partner with HR and corporate functional leaders on headcount, wages, organizational design and cost constraints
  
  
• Partner directly with executive leaders to plan their functions, provide visibility into performance and hold leaders accountable to budgets
  
  
• Turn raw SAP data into Excel-based reporting and analysis for leadership
  
  
• Maintain existing reports and rebuild/create reporting that improves visibility and drives decision-making
  
  
• Support analysis and information that flows to the Executive Committee, C-suite and board
  
  
• Operate as a utility player across Global FP&A as needed

Qualifications

• FP&A experience with significant business-partnering responsibility
  
  
• Ability to clearly articulate stakeholders supported and provide examples of influencing leaders through difficult decisions
  
  
• Comfort challenging business leaders and driving accountability (not just producing reports)
  
  
• Advanced Excel and reporting capabilities, with the ability to personally build analyses
  
  
• Ability to handle the confidentiality and dynamics of corporate FP&A, including exposure to organizational structures and compensation-related information
  
  
• Prior people-management experience preferred, with interest in potential future team-building
