We're looking for a Director, Technical Consulting Services to lead a client-facing SaaS organization focused on delivering innovative solutions, exceptional customer outcomes, and AI-enabled delivery excellence.

What You'll Do

• Lead and grow a high-performing Technical Consulting organization, driving operational excellence, delivery quality, employee development, and customer success across complex enterprise implementations.
• Own consulting performance , including utilization, services revenue, staffing strategy, delivery standards, QA processes, and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Partner cross-functionally with Product, Engineering, Sales, and Customer Success to ensure seamless solution delivery, successful product launches, and outstanding client experiences.
• Drive innovation by leveraging AI, automation, and modern implementation practices to improve delivery quality, efficiency, and scalability.
• Serve as a trusted executive advisor , guiding customers through technical strategy, solution architecture, interoperability, and digital transformation initiatives.

What You'll Bring

• 7+ years of leadership experience in Technical Consulting, Professional Services, Systems Integration, or Enterprise Software Implementation, with a proven track record of leading high-performing consulting teams.
• Experience owning client delivery, consulting operations, utilization, or services revenue, while building scalable delivery methodologies and operational excellence.
• Strong hands-on technical expertise in SQL, APIs, cloud platforms, enterprise integrations, interoperability standards (FHIR, HL7, X12), and modern healthcare technology.
• Proven experience leading and developing people, driving organizational change, and leveraging AI and automation to transform consulting delivery.
• Excellent executive communication, customer-facing leadership, and strategic problem-solving skills in a fast-paced SaaS environment.
• Must be able to collaborate HYBRID up to 3 days per week in Tampa.
