Requirements - 1 year of CDL-A OTR experience
- Hazmat endorsement
- No DUI/DWI in the last 5 years
- No more than 3 moving violations or 3 preventable accidents
- No excessive speeding (over 21 mph) in the last 3 years
- Must be above 23 years old at the time of applying
Benefits
- CPM $0.65 base + $0.10 CPM safety/productivity bonus
- +$0.02 CPM when hauling hazmat
- $2,500 sign-on bonus
- Home time: 2 weeks out, 2 nights home

- Empty Miles: Paid at the same CPM as loaded miles
- Detention Pay: $25 per hour after the first 2 hours
- Layover Pay: $175 for every 24 hours

Benefit Trucking is a leading carrier committed to safety and driver satisfaction. We invite experienced OTR Dry Van drivers with HazMat endorsements to join our Smyrna, GA operations.
Role Overview:
- Safely handle and transport dry van freight and hazardous materials
- Adhere to DOT, federal, and state regulations
- Complete load documentation and maintain vehicle inspections
What We Offer:
Compensation: $0.65–$0.77 per mile, $2,500 sign-on bonus, safety/productivity and HazMat pay
Biweekly home time, health/dental/vision, 401(k) match, paid time off, clean inspection and referral bonuses.
