Travel RN - Cath Lab/EPAmerican TravelerPleasant Prairie, Wisconsin, United StatesPosition ID: P-749070Position status: OpenAssignment type: travelShift: DaysLength (weeks): 13Openings: 2Start date: 2026-11-02T00:00:00.000Z$2,867.00/week (estimated advertised weekly pay)DescriptionAmerican Traveler is hiring a Cath Lab/EP RN for a 13-week acute care hospital assignment requiring at least 1 year of experience and rotating on-call coverage.Details13-week assignment in the Cath Lab unit of an acute care hospitalRotates into PACU for Cath Lab patients4x10 day shift schedule, either 6:00 AM-4:30 PM or 7:00 AM-5:30 PM depending on needRotating weekday on-call plus every 3rd weekend on-call required1:1 patient ratioEpic EMR used, experience preferred but not requiredRequirementsActive WI or Compact RN license required (pending license accepted at submission, must be finalized during compliance)Minimum 1 year of Cath Lab/EP nursing experience requiredRequired certifications: BLS, ACLS, and NIHSS (NIHSS may be pending at submission but must be completed during compliance)Preferred charge nurse experienceSkilled in procedures such as sheath removal/monitoring, 12-lead EKG/ECG, cardioversion, ACT monitoring, and interpretation/management of dysrhythmiasExperience administering emergency medications, antiarrhythmics, antihypertensives, and IV vasopressorsSSN, DOB, and RTO details required for considerationAdditional InformationProvide direct patient care in diagnostic and interventional cardiac cath lab proceduresSupport procedures including PCI, left and right heart catheterization, IABP placement/removal, and pacemaker/defibrillator lead managementFree parking provided on siteBadge photo (passport-style) required within 24 hours of offer acceptanceTwo supervisor references required after offer acceptanceFirst-time travelers are welcome to applyLocal candidates acceptedTravel pairs acceptedFacility cannot accommodate candidates with latex allergiesPrevious travelers may return only after a minimum 1-year separation from the facilityNo RTO restrictionsHours per week: 40Hours per shift: 10
