Front of the House Team Member

As a Front of the House Team Member , you are responsible for managing the pace of the ordering experience by guiding our Customers through the menu, ensuring order & register accuracy, all while providing outstanding Customer service. If you are always smiling, enjoy people, have exceptional attention to detail, we want to hear from you! Requirements High School Diploma/GED (or in High School) Must like people and outgoing with the public Work well with others and independently Willingness to be coachable, and open to feedback on performance Treat each day as a new day, and bring a positive attitude and smile daily Responsibilities Prepares menu items in front of Customers according to our guidelines & portions Maintains a clean and sanitary line area during the hours of operation Complies with all food safety standards Greet and communicate with all guests Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with clear communication with all team members Accuracy with order taking, register checkouts, and food packaging carryout for in-store and online purchases.
