Territory Healthcare Account Manager - Growth & Partnerships

VitalCaring Group is seeking an Account Manager to drive referral growth and admissions in an assigned Oklahoma territory. This field-based role focuses on building relationships with physicians, hospitals, SNFs, ALFs, and community providers to deliver sustainable patient referrals and service growth.
