Dental Assistant Bilingual Floater

Job Overview Small endodontics office is looking for a fully bilingual assistant that could also help in secretarial tasks. Responsibilities Assist the doctor chair side (helping the main assistant or assisting the doctor directly); setting up rooms, doing sterilization, taking X‑rays/CBCTs, communicating with vendors, providers, etc. Assist in presenting treatment plans chairside during consultations (collect copayments, making appointments, etc.) Assist in documentation Assist in answering the phone when the front desk is on lunch or busy (training provided) Qualifications Bilingual communication (verbal and written in English and Spanish) Excellent customer service skills Knowledge of Microsoft Excel and Word is desirable Previous dental office experience is preferred Familiarity with HIPAA, OSHA, infection control regulations Basic mathematical skills A team player with good references Benefits Paid Holidays Paid Time Off Paid parking Background check and possible random drug test #J-18808-Ljbffr
