Responsibilities and Duties Evaluate mental health diagnosis, create and implement a treatment plan Prepare and submit individual documentation for each session per company guidelines and protocol Provide excellent customer service for clients and collaborate with a dynamic team to further the mission of filling gaps in our community Utilize creativity in interventions to help clients achieve and exceed goals Attend and participate in all clinical staff meetings Complete all training requirements Required Qualifications and Skills Master’s degree in one of the behavioral sciences Have clinical licensure (LCSW, LPC, LMFT) or pursuing licensure Experience with completing diagnostic assessments, treatment plans, and progress notes Effective written & verbal communication skills Ability to demonstrate and model stable, appropriate boundaries with clients Comfort and familiarity working with a diverse client base Proficient in the use of typical office technology, and Electronic Health Record systems Preferred Qualifications and Skills Fully licensed (LCSW, LPC, LMFT) with a valid state of Connecticut License Pre-Licensed with previous relevant work experience. Knowledge of therapy services, community resources, insurance billing, and previous experience with mental health documentation Credentialed with insurance panels W2 position Experience working with children, adolescents and teens Identify with Ellie's Core Values Who is Ellie?
