Description

American Traveler is seeking a Physical Therapist for a 13-week travel contract at an acute care hospital in Clyde, NC, with 1-2 years of experience required.

Details

• Physical Therapy department within a 154-bed Joint Commission accredited acute care hospital
• Hospital services include orthopedics, spine, cardiology, general surgery, women's care, ED, and behavioral health, plus 11 multi-specialty physician clinics
• Shift hours are 8:30 AM – 6:30 PM with every other weekend required
• 13-week contract duration

Requirements

• Minimum 1-2 years of physical therapy experience required
• AHA certifications required
• Active PT license required if applicable
• SSN and date of birth required for consideration

Additional Information

• Orientation is held bi-weekly
• Located in Clyde, NC, approximately 20 miles from Asheville and within driving distance of the Great Smoky Mountains National Park
• Candidates must reside more than 60 miles from the facility to qualify for the travel pay rate
• Candidates who have worked permanent staff at any LifePoint facility within the last 12 months are not eligible
• Candidates who are employed full-time elsewhere are not eligible
