ROLE DESCRIPTION: As Account Representative - State Farm Agent Team Member for Jose Olguin - State Farm Agent, you are vital to our daily business operations and customers' success. You grow our agency through meaningful client relations and acting as a liaison between customer needs and agency departments. You improve the lives of our customers by proactively marketing relevant products and services.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Provide information about insurance products and services.
• Assist clients with policy applications and renewals.
• Handle client inquiries and provide timely responses.
• Maintain accurate records of client interactions.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Detail-oriented and able to multitask.
• Experience in customer service or sales preferred.
• Bilingual Spanish preferred.

Compensation: $55,000.00 - $70,000.00 per year

• We help customers with their insurance and financial services needs, including Auto Insurance, Home Insurance, Life Insurance, Business Insurance, and Renters Insurance.
• Our office is located in the Bixby Knolls area.
• Our office is open Monday - Friday 9:00AM - 6:00PM & Saturday 10:00AM - 2:00PM or by appointment.
• I am a proud graduate of the University of Florida.
• We currently have 3 team members at our agency.
• We have 20+ years of combined insurance experience in our office.
• Additional languages spoken: Spanish
