After working with one of the largest State Farm agents for over 22 years, I established our Legacy office on January 1, 2019, with a second location in Big Rapids set to open in early 2025. As a Grand Valley State University graduate and an ambassador for the Cadillac Area Chamber of Commerce, I’m deeply invested in the community. Responsibilities:  

 

• Establish customer relationships and follow up with customers, as needed.
• Use a customer-focused, needs-based review process to educate customers about insurance options.
• Develop leads, schedule appointments, identify customer needs, and market appropriate products and services.
