Customer Service Representative

Our client, a leader in financial services, is seeking a Customer Service Representative to join their team. As a Customer Service Representative, you will be part of the Retirement Services Operational Support Team supporting client accounts and providing expert guidance. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, a passion for service, and the ability to navigate complex information, which will align successfully in the organization.

What's the Job?
Assist clients with questions and needs regarding their retirement accounts
Provide expertise on complex product and service questions about retail IRAs and small business retirement plans
Process transactions such as distributions, Roth conversions, and tax withholding changes
Build and maintain client loyalty through exceptional service and guidance
Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient and accurate support
What's Needed?
Strong technical skills, including Windows, internet searching, Excel, Outlook, and Microsoft Teams
Excellent customer service skills with experience in high-volume call centers within the financial industry
Ability to explain complex IRS rules and regulations clearly to clients
Flexible work availability to respond to business demands
Positive attitude, professionalism, and a strong work ethic with high integrity
