Responsibilities:

• Prepare foods and cook meals and snacks for residents according to pre-established menus and in compliance with any special dietary needs of the residents.
• Ensure the provision of three balanced meals daily, as well as schedules snacks, and assuring for the provision of any resident's special dietary needs.
• Keep kitchen clean and orderly, including cleaning pots, pans, dishes and eating utensils after each meal.
• Maintain sanitation and cleanliness in the food preparation areas at all times, and shall observe personal hygiene and food services sanitation practices to protect from food contamination.
• Attend any staff meetings or in service training, as required.
• Work kitchen aide shift as scheduled or needed.
• Cleans cooking utensils, dishes and kitchen after the evening dinner time.
• Prepare and restock dining rooms for next meal

Requirements:

• Food handler certificate (Preferred)
• United States (Required)
