Looking for a PMHNP to go into one of our LTC facilities in Crane, TX 1 day/week. We also have another building in Fort Stockton, TX for 1 day/week.

Supportive Care is looking for Psychiatric Nurse Practitioners to join our growing team!

This is an ON-SITE position and CANNOT be done remotely.

Supportive Care provides behavioral health services to geriatric residents in Assisted Living and Skilled Nursing Facilities. The residents receive quality psychotherapy sessions, medication management, and other services by our extraordinary team of clinicians.

NP: $700-$1000 per day
